Andrew J. Murtaugh has built his foundation in entrepreneurship through the auto detailing sector. He launched and scaled multiple detailing companies, first in Cincinnati and later in Los Angeles, where he learned firsthand how to manage operations, build customer relationships, and create systems for consistent growth.
At Loyola Marymount University, Andrew is completing his degree in Entrepreneurship with coursework that directly complements his detailing experience. Classes in operations and supply chain management, managerial accounting, and marketing analytics have provided him with the tools to refine pricing strategies, streamline workflows, and apply data-driven decision-making in real business settings.
This blend of classroom learning and real-world application has given Andrew a practical edge: he doesn’t just study business concepts and he’s tested them on the ground, in the competitive detailing market, and continues to use those insights to help service businesses grow.
